Role Description: 
Establish a process which accurately measures application service availability across multiple platforms and various applications, and then report to high level leadership the results on a monthly or as needed basis. Create procedures and controls to ensure high service availability by working with various technology groups to understand the KPIs which influence each product line's stability. Must be able to look at the data collected and create conclusions and project plans for strengthen our product s resiliency.
Basic Qualifications  
- Minimum of 2 years of process development experience 
- Minimum of 2 years of help desk or support staff experience 
- Minimum of 2 years of deployment and change management experience

 Preferred Skill Requirements  
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience 
- Mortgage origination experience preferred 
- Programming experience

- Problem solver with robust investigation skills 
- Attention to detail and organization. 
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership 
- Self starter with proven ability to work independently and within a highly technical team 
- Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills 
- Good organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills 
- High energy, personable, a sense of urgency and can do attitude
