This position will align to our Communications, Media & Technology Industry, Customers & Channels practice.  
 
As a Sales Process Senior Manager you will:
  • Analyze and design new business processes related to the sales process, from lead generation through order fulfillment.
  • Identify and define primary use cases, business impacts, and value drivers
  • Work with client business leads and architects to ensure solution aligns to client business case
  • Oversee process definition, requirement gathering workshops, functional scope inventory, and process/functional team
  • Ensure overall delivery of team during Plan/Analyze phase to achieve scoping and execution plan deliverables
  • Lead workshops to define requirements or arrive at globally accepted processes, and to provide thought leadership in what other companies are doing in this space
  • Interact with VP and SVP level clients

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as business architect bringing deep experience in the Sales space (Lead-through-Forecasting CRM capabilities) for B2B Technology companies
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with strategic, operational and system oriented pricing strategies
  • Experience with Front Office strategy/ transformation experience across, CRM, ICM, and CPQ
  • Experience with end to end sales process, as well as a technical understanding of CPQ and CRM lead generation capture tools (such as  SFDC and Oracle Big Machines)
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
 
*SFDC and Oracle Big Machines experience highly preferred

  • Provide thought leadership and relevant client/industry examples in the CRM sales space
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
