Key Responsibilities:


Your primary day-to-day job will be converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday SaaS HCM & financials system.


Workday Implementation Project Delivery:

  • Converting Data into Workday using proprietary loading tools
  • Create ETL scripts to transform and load data
  • Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
  • Consultants will also be responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, or relevent work experience
  • Prior consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath
  • 2+ years of experience with an HCM or ERP System
  • 2+ years of experience with ETL Software including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho.
  • Prior conversion or data integration experience, Web Services or programming experience
  • 2+ years of experience with MySql or Oracle database products
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
Preferred Skills:
  • Four-year college degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience
  • Keen understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in Reporting/Analytics
  • Authoritative leadership based on specialized expertise, knowledge of systems
  • Ability to lead small teams of consultants and clients to reach the goals around data conversion
