Job Description

 

The Team Lead System Developer  is responsible for daily supervision of a team e.g. delivery, process, managing the workload of the team, make work assignments, and have responsibility for developing team members. This person will operate as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution.  This person will also exercise consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and general operations of the business. Team develops in-house tools.

 
An ideal candidate would come from a coding background and be able to bring Technical industry standards to this department.
 
Position requirement:  Must be a U.S. Citizen
 

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or five years' of technical experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' of experience programming in SQL, working with data in MS Access and creating reports in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading/managing teams

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, including managing own workflow and deadlines, with ongoing attention to ever changing priorities and user needs.
  • Ability to interface with multiple users across various functional areas.
