Role Summary: Oracle Alliance Senior Manager is responsible for developing enabling and executing Accenture’s joint go-to market on account based activities strategies with our Alliances partner, Oracle in the west region. Accenture Leadership including West Region leadership (West is defined as AK, CA, OR, WA, NV, MT, ID & HI), West Region account leadership and sales, and Oracle Technology and Ecosystem leadership) and ii) Oracle – primary focus will be on Sales leadership and account executives serving West Region clients and prospects. Knowledge of Oracles SaaS, PaaS and IaaS portfolio and strategy is key. Strategy and Formation – Select, structure, and negotiate new relationships and/or new initiatives within existing relationships. •, Annual Planning – Developing periodic plans for Alliances resource staffing, joint marketing activities (e.g. events, materials, and awareness), offering development plans, investment plans, and training / capability development plans. Campaign Enablement – Qualify, develop, and mobilize third party enabled go-to-market campaigns. •, Campaign Acceleration – Enable training to achieve certified status on relevant vendor technologies and drive campaign readiness for the relevant deployed to practices/industries. Sales Origination and Advancement:

 

The Oracle Alliances Senior Manager maintains a close connection with the Accenture sales organizations (e.g. Client Account leads, regional Client Service Group Leads, Application Services account executives, Accenture Oracle practice and Oracle Alliances and Sales teams by pillar). Joint Pipeline Management – Conduct regular reviews of joint pipelines with the vendor; Drive appropriate opportunity qualification and field level engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities: Go to Market Enablement: The Oracle Alliance Senior Manager works to enable our go to market strategies on an account by account basis in region.

 

*Preferred Skills:

•, Real world experience (either by working in or selling to) in Oracle Solutions, awareness of the industry trends and technology drivers that simplify and improve their business processes. •, Sales or Delivery experience in Oracle Technology specifically Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Knowledge of Competitive tools (e.g. SAP/SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft Azure or AWS).

 

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:

-Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- strong English is critical

-Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

-Proven ability to create a business plan and execute against it

-Proven ability to motivate, lead, recognize and manage a high performance virtual team

-Self-starter
