The Federal Financial Senior Analyst will serve as a member of the Asset Management Team and will primarily support the project's Property Governance and Command Property Officer support efforts. The Team member will be required to gain a working knowledge of Finance Business Processes, Asset Management, Inventory processes, Data Management/Normalization, Internal Controls, and Financial Management in support of our client’s efforts to produce auditable Financial Statements and providing the necessary supporting data/documentation. It is preferrable the Team member have prior DoD consulting experience, asset management/inventory process knowledge,   Frequent client interaction with solution-driven experience is quite beneficial.  Leadership experience, in a deadline-driven environment is a plus.  Analysts will also have administrative reporting responsibilities, maintain databases, metrics, and conduct data entry.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year Asset Management 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Management Asset management
  • Data Management/Normalization/Reconciliation
  • Systems Implementation
  • ERP/Information System Analysis
  • Asset Management/Inventory Procedures
  • Knowledge of Federal Accounting concepts and requirements
  • Federal Government Accounting and/or Auditing experience
  • Understanding of the DoD's financial environment and operations
  • CPA, CGFM, or CDFM are a plus
  • Ability to be flexible, work analytically, & proactive in a problem-solving environment
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated client relationship development

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
