The Federal Audit Senior Analyst  will work within a team to evaluate and improve the client's IT compliance posture across the enterprise and for other specific systems. 
 
Specific tasks will include:
- Working with system owners and knowledgeable users to understand system capabilities
- Analyzing business process documentation and conduct walkthroughs to understand system functionality supporting business processes
- Developing test procedures and strategies to verify compliance with Federal IT compliance standards (including NIST 800-53, FISCAM, Bluebook, etc.)
- Executing compliance testing and interpret/report results to client
- Developing innovative solutions and strategies to assist client with implementation of IT security best practices
- Facilitating meetings and work with client to share updates, answer questions, and collaborate on delivery
Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with at least one of the following: IT Audit (FISCAM), financial statement audit, internal controls testing (a-123), Federal Information Assurance (FISMA/DIACAP/NIST 800-53), or Federal IT consulting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems or related

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of functional requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills working in a technical environment
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
