As a Supply Chain Management Consulting - Manager you help clients develop strategies and implement/optimize processes and operating models that integrate supply chain planning, procurement, product design, pricing, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Regardless of the role, the position offers great possibilities to leverage and expand your knowledge and skill set. You work with multidisciplinary teams, often with different nationalities. You learn Accenture’s standards and methods and get on-the-job training from experienced colleagues, which gives you the opportunity to develop yourself.


Your profile

You are ambitious and committed to developing yourself. You are able to coach and develop more consultants and analysts to create a strong Products Supply Chain Management team. In particular, you

  • Shape and deliver business transformation projects with guidance from Accenture experts
  • Prepare project plans and analyze the value and impact of the proposed changes to the client’s existing processes
  • Run diagnosis and assessment activities, identify opportunities for improvement and conduct high-level cost/benefit analyses
  • Undertake complex business problem solving requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Build good client relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Manage team and work effort with autonomy in decision-making and in determining approaches to critical assignments
  • Influence and constructively challenge senior management at the client and within Accenture




- More than 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, product design, manufacturing, fulfillment and/or supplier management 
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing supply chain work-streams / people 
- Relevant experience of working in a global corporation or in an international environment 
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Automotive & Industrial preferred 
- Excellent project planning, management and execution skills 
- Excellent in business case development 
- Financial acumen and natural interest in technology 
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills 
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills 
- Proven sales skills 
- Fluent in English
- Ability to meet travel requirements
