- Job description

  • Execute marketing and communications assignments for various Accenture organizational entities in alignment with the marketing and communications strategy
  • Ensure successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. Programs can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, collateral / credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, database management, digital marketing, lead generation, merchandise/brand and award/company recognition
  • Support internal communications programs to maximize employee experience
  • Serve as marketing counsel and advisor for internal groups.
  • Measure results from programs, and provide information on relevant metrics to program owners as appropriate
  • Manage and forecast marketing budget for assignments and ensure that leadership is kept appraised of progress against budgets and time-lines. Escalate appropriately any potential budget and time over-runs
  • Ensure strict adherence to all communications policies and protocols.
  • Work with regional recruitment teams to develop and execute local recruitment marketing programs in line with the recruitment goals of the business
  • Drive Accenture’s employer positioning and awareness as an employer of choice, engagement with target candidates and their influencers, and CV submissions to help the recruitment team achieve their business objectives
  • Managing marketing and communications for offerings, alliances or strategic growth initiatives.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of professional work experience in Marketing
    • Diploma preferably in Marketing, Political Science, International Relations, Management School, and Social Sciences
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong project management experience
    • Strong content development experience (managing the process from inception through go-to-market)
    • Strong experience in event management logistics
    • Understanding of B2B marketing
    • Strong experience with digital campaigns, understanding of social media (LinkedIn and twitter)
    • Exceptional written, content development, presentation and oral communication skillsin English
    • Proven experience in client credentials/ case study and marketing collateral development
    • Proven experience in metrics based marketing programs and ROI
    Professional Skill Qualifications:
    • Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge, knowledge of Accenture's areas of business
    • Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts
    • Budget management and financial reporting skills
    • Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed organizational environment
    • Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
    • High attention to detail and quality control
