Digital Commercial Enablement
Use digital contract management and analytics to track obligations, changes, trends and automate reporting.
Apply commercial intelligence (dashboards, benchmarks, KPIs) to drive supplier performance and commercial outcomes.
Support integration of carbon and social‑value metrics into procurement and contract governance.
