POSITION TITLE: Thai Procure to Pay Operations Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose:
Knowledgeable in Procure to Pay processes.
Responsibilities:
Some of the roles and responsibilities of Transaction Processing new associate while in the Project Grain office include:
• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
• Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
• Responsible for processing all pre-coded invoices in the Accounts Payable system on behalf of the client from basic to complex transactions. This includes timely processing of PO/non-PO invoices, including debit/credit notes and affiliate invoices.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her team lead from time to time.

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree Holder related to the accounting field
• Has a minimum of 1 year experience in Procure-to-Pay process (nice to have)
• Good English communication skills
• Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Office Tools)
• Fluent in Thai language
