Summary:
The Senior Manager for multi-ERP and technology delivery lead will play a pivotal role in leading diverse technical and administrative Managed Services teams, overseeing delivery and driving productivity and automation initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, functional and business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and fostering growth opportunities in concert with Sales. The Senior Manager will be responsible for engaging with mid-market customers, identifying transformational opportunities, and supporting the expansion of our practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-ERP (Infor /Salesforce/ServiceNow) technology and admin teams ensuring effective collaboration and delivery on business objectives.
- Ensure Delivery excellence by meeting delivery priorities and automation initiatives defined for Managed services customers.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand and grow the practice with help of department leadership and Sales
- Lead Managed services and projects for 50+ mid-market ERP customer base.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of large and complex MS projects, including setting milestones, tracking KPIs, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Drive productivity improvements and champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) , automation tools and best practices across teams and processes.
- Successfully lead and implement management priorities like profitability and optimization initiatives and facilitate adherence to HR policies within the team.
- Conduct regular customer business review meetings to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with client business goals.
- Work closely with Sales to identify and seize opportunities to expand services and grow the practice, including pre-sales support and solution presentations.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, ERP modules, and industry trends to inform strategy and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the teams
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in leading teams with ERP and Cloud products – Infor/Salesforce/Oracle/SAP (at least 2-3), AWS/OCI Cloud, Databases, ServiceNow
- Certification or hands-on experience in any 2 - Infor/ServiceNow/Oracle/SAP ERP systems.
- Knowledge of automation platforms and productivity enhancement tools.
- Strong business acumen and experience working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, or Practice Development teams.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment or with managed services providers is a plus.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Good to have experience in implementing AI integration projects on IT systems.
Additional Information:
- 15+ years of experience in IT, ERP administration, or technology management, including at least 8 years in a leadership role managing large cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading large projects and delivering on productivity and automation KPIs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle/SAP/Infor technology to bridge gaps between Functional, Database and Infrastructure teams for smoother deliveries.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation standards (e.g., AIM methodology).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- Certification or hands-on experience in additional Oracle/SAP/Infor modules or related ERP systems
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field advanced degree preferred
