Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
Must have skills : Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
Good to have skills : Cloud Quality Engineering Strategy
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various disciplines to accelerate project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily activities include continuous testing across multiple facets such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and refining automation strategies, and supporting the configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, tracking and reporting issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to ensure robust and reliable software outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies to align with evolving project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and security testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and report defects effectively to facilitate timely resolution and quality improvements.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support diverse testing scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
