As an SAP Finance Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and implementing SAP Financial solutions to meet business objectives. This includes assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future-state business solutions that integrate seamlessly with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage teams effectively, and contribute to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze organizational processes and design SAP Financial solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology and business goals. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Financials, providing guidance and solutions to work-related challenges. 

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. 

  • Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and financial workflows. 

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in financial processes. 

  • Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication among stakeholders. 

  • Support the implementation of SAP Financial solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Manage and mentor teams to perform effectively, make informed decisions, and deliver high-quality results. 

  • Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. 

  • Stay updated on the latest SAP Financial trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of [8 years] of experience in SAP Financials consulting or functional analysis. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools. 

  • Strong understanding of Business Process Design and its application in SAP Financial solutions. 

  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing system solutions. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process documentation. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications in SAP Financials or related areas. 

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and cloud-based SAP solutions. 

  • Experience with financial process optimization, reporting, and compliance. 

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. 

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in financial operations.
