How can you analyse how consumers feel about brands using social media?
After using Alteryx to extract a sample of tweets referencing the retailer TK Maxx, we used a machine learning algorithm to extract and analyse sentiment and keywords. The resulting dashboard above tracks sentiment over time, and identifies key themes that need to be addressed.
We also established the reach of these tweets in the Twitter community based on account followers. The dashboard in the second tab focuses on tweets containing images, and further explanations can be found on this dashboard by hovering over the info button.
