Accenture contracted with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) to provide Cloud Services (ACP) to DIR customers.
Accenture is offering cloud services through its contract with DIR under its DIR Cooperative Contracts. Cloud computing is a model for enabling available, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications and services). Cloud services are generally expected to offer reduced cost and increased efficiency for government organizations. This contract is for services only. No hardware or software products may be sold through the cloud service contract. The contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Miscellaneous cloud services include cloud Security, Cloud Operations, Cloud Disaster Recovery, Cloud Solution Design and Hybrid Cloud Services. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.

Services warranty and return policies
Vendor and Order Fulfiller will adhere to the Vendor’s then-currently published policies concerning services warranties and returns. Such policies for Customers will not be more restrictive or more costly than warranty and return policies for other similarly situated Customers for like services.
