We hire the best talent from top universities in the US, UK, Singapore and India. We immerse them in Accenture’s business to develop strong leadership skills, business acumen and deep HR capabilities, growing them into Modern HR leaders who innovate together to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. TAP participants, known as “TAPpers,” take on assignments in HR, an Accenture business group, and another Corporate Function, where they are exposed to diverse roles and teams to gain foundational skills. Become a TAPper to make a real impact on a client, or the careers and wellbeing of our people.
(Assignment 1) 3-month assignment in an Accenture business organization, experiencing what our employees experience.
(Assignments 2 & 3) Two assignments including a 13-month assignment in a HR functional area followed by a 3-month international HR assignment.
(Assignment 4) 4-month assignment in another corporate function – Finance, CIO, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Payroll, Corporate Citizenship.
