Job Summary:


The Video Editor & Motion Designer will be responsible for creating high‑impact short‑form video content for Accenture GN Song clients. The role demands strong visual storytelling abilities, hands-on editing expertise, and agility to work within fast‑moving creative and strategic environments.

The ideal candidate is adept at crafting platform‑native content, combining motion design with editorial finesse, and working closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, technology, and account management. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of digital‑first content, emerging visual trends, and the ability to bring ideas to life with speed, precision, and creative flair.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging short‑form content including social media videos, sizzle reels, case videos, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, transitions, and micro‑interactions.
  • Interpret briefs and collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and Tech teams to build platform‑native content ideas.
  • Ensure high‑quality output adhering to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries appropriate to global tech brands.
  • Manage full post‑production workflows including clean versions, aspect ratio adaptations, audio polish, and QC.
  • Stay up to date with digital content trends, editing styles, and emerging storytelling formats across platforms.
  • Work proactively to optimize quality and efficiency in video pipelines.
  • Organize and manage assets, versions, and project files with discipline and clarity.

Professional and Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles, pacing, rhythm, and visual narrative.
  • Experience producing short‑form edits tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
  • Working understanding of colour grading, audio mixing basics, and compositing.
  • Experience with GenAI video tools and diffusion models (Veo 3, Sora, Runway, Nano Banana, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across disciplines — creative, strategy, tech, and account teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, file management practices, and multi‑tasking across parallel projects.
  • A portfolio showcasing versatility, craft, and experimentation in short-form and motion-heavy content.Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Creative, collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
