Gender equality is a top priority. That’s why we’re relentlessly marching toward our goal of a 50/50 gender-balanced workforce by 2025. From flexible working policies to development programs—we’re taking bold steps to attract, retain and advance women. Today, women represent more than 40 percent of our workforce and 23 percent of our managing directors in India.
