Kate Kutay serves as Chief of Staff to the Chair and CEO of Accenture, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, and is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Drawing on experience of advising companies around the globe on topics of strategy, transformation and building high-impact organizations, Kate enable’s Accenture’s firm and senior leadership team to move fast and stay aligned by translating strategic vision into clear, actionable plans and by fostering crossfunctional collaboration at all levels. Whether guiding strategic planning, executing strategic initiatives, or driving internal change, she is passionate about empowering teams to deliver results – and shaping the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.
Kate received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
