Everest Group has positioned Accenture as a Leader in its Trust and Safety Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2024.

Everest Group assessed 27 trust and safety providers for this competitive report. Accenture is the highest Leader on the Vision and Capability axis and strongly positioned on the Market Impact axis. The Vision and Capability axis measures vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint. The Market Impact axis measures market adoption, portfolio mix, and value delivered.

According to Everest report authors, “Accenture provides services across all work types within the trust and safety value chain with a focus in the social media and messaging apps, streaming and publishing services, and search engine, LLMs, and app store industries.”

Other Accenture strengths highlighted include:

  • Deploys generative AI for improving internal efficiencies, including a suite of generative AI-powered pre-screening tools for multilingual content review and violation detection.
  • Provides AI support services, including LLM domain-specific data creation, prompt engineering, AI training for relevance refinements, AI bias detection, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), aiding enterprises in constructing secure generative AI solutions.

Per the report, “Buyers have acknowledged its [Accenture] strengths in the areas of domain expertise, wellness initiatives, and relationship management.” Accenture’s Software & Platforms practice provides a range of services to help clients deploy security, privacy, compliance, data protection and fraud mitigation strategies on their platforms, including Trust and Safety, Platform Security and Operational Integrity services.

Accenture is a Market Leader in HFS Horizons: F&A Service Providers, 2023

Accenture is a Market Leader in Horizon 3, which is the strongest positioning, in the HFS Horizons report – F&A Service Providers 2023. The report highlights Accenture’s “ability to drive a ‘OneEcosystem’ approach by finding completely new sources of value, and compelling thought leadership that helps clients to articulate their North Star, effectively envision outcomes, and provide business assurance for finance transformation.”

The report assesses F&A providers around the “Why” (value proposition), “What” (solutions and capabilities), “How” (the Go-to-Market strategy and investments), and “So What” (market impact in terms of mindshare and wallet share) of enterprise innovation. The assessment includes feedback from both clients and alliance partners.

The report highlights these Accenture strengths:

Accenture has been positioned as a Star Performer & a Leader in both Vision & Capability and Market Impact in the Everest Group MPHRO Services PEAK Matrix®, 2023.

The Vision & Capability axis measures vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint; while the Market Impact axis measures market adoption, portfolio mix, and value delivered. 

Everest highlighted Accenture’s strengths including:

  • Offers end-to-end talent and managed HR services with a focus on delivering 360-degree business value. Accenture has been positioned as a Leader in the Everest Group Banking Operations Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023. Over the past three years, Accenture has continued to improve its positioning in this market.

Everest Group highlighted our strengths including:

  • Referenced buyers have appreciated Accenture’s domain expertise, relationship management, and implementation/transition management

Accenture has been strongly positioned as the Overall Leader in the Everest Group Marketing Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2023.

According to Everest, Accenture is one of the leaders “across all major geographies” and has “a strong presence across major industries”.

Everest highlighted Accenture’s strengths and states that it is one of the largest global providers of marketing services with 28,000+ FTEs. Its strong marketing services capabilities are supplemented by its robust consulting and strategy practice, and the fast-paced growth of Accenture Song has helped it further expand its client portfolio.

Accenture follows a delivery model where agencies under Accenture Song handle judgment-intensive processes such as creative, CX strategy, and media, while offshore and nearshore facilities under Accenture Operations manage delivery – enabling it to offer economical and localized services.

Furthermore, Everest states that Accenture has built a comprehensive ecosystem of analytics and digital solutions/tools backed by its AI-powered operating engine SynOps with four experience layers, which offer its clients a single and easy-to-use digital experience to activate service delivery.
