The HR Data Analyst role is part of the Gallia TSC team.


The person serves as the reporting and data scientist contact providing guidance, support and expertise for processes and tools in Gallia to improve productivity and increase focus on driving metrics programs such as Head Count plan, Predictive chargeability model, chargeability analysis, myScheduling reports etc.


These improvements include use of Digital tools (like PowerBi) and implementation of best shared practices from other GUs to create added value for the TSC team.


The person is the point of contact on a technical aspect, with continuous reflexion/implementation of the best Digital way of working/ accuracy of data:

·         Review chargeability results and ensure accuracy of data, identify proactively potential issues and fix them.

·         Follow-up on headcount plan: initialization, plan, forecast, ensure all updates are made in time and be able to sort different status on demand.

·         Ensure compliance with utilization of S/D tools (scheduling, Common Demand, Workbench, PCM, Headcount Plan…) and all process related

·         Assist in designing insightful report views (excel based/tool based or dashboards)

·         Capture user requirements and translate them into functional enhancements /reqs

·         Based on acknowledged expertise, provides feedback and inputs of the improvement, implementation and maintenance of tools on reporting and data analysis (Power BI, QlikV, Insight Marketplace..)

·         Standardization of HR reporting processes cross Gallia using offshore teams

·         High focus on process improvement

·         High focus on automation and digitization

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Job Specific Competencies – Functional

·         HR Strategy

·         Talent Supply Chain, including one or more of the following:

o   Scheduling Process and Principles

o   Resource Forecasting processes, procedures and metrics

o   Supply-Demand Management.

·         Solid understanding of the interconnections between different TSC tools – headcount, chargeability, recruiting, demand, supply.

·         Independent and autonomous

·         Out of the box thinking

·         Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking);
