Taking meaningful action

In September 2020, our CEO and entire Global Management Committee reaffirmed our stand against racism and commitment to equality for all—with zero tolerance for discrimination, bigotry or hate of any kind—by announcing new actions to support racial and ethnic diversity.

We are steadily making progress by increasing our representation in our workforce; introducing mandatory training on identifying, speaking up and reporting racism; and collaborating with communities and other partners to promote equality, fight racism and create more opportunities for employment and advancement.

We are committed to taking action every day to support racial and ethnic equality. 

At the core of Accenture is our unwavering commitment to equality for all. We take a broad view of diversity, which includes the many different racial and ethnic backgrounds of our people around the world. We believe inclusion and diversity unleashes innovation and creates a culture where everyone feels they have equal opportunity.
