Als Consultant / Manager im Bereich Sourcing & Procurement hilfst Du Firmen dabei, in der Beschaffung bereits am Anfang der Wertschöpfungskette für Effizienz zu sorgen. Unsere Kunden zählen dabei auf Deine Erfahrung und Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung, Kostenreduzierung, Organisationsentwicklung und der gesamtheitlichen Transformation der Einkaufsfunktion - immer mit dem Fokus dadurch sowohl im Bereich der Digitalisierung als auch der Nachhaltigkeit eine Führungsposition in ihrer jeweiligen Industrie einzunehmen.

Du führst Dein Team in Kundenprojekten bei global führenden Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Industrien, leitest sie aber auch bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und treibst innovative ‚Thought Leadership‘-Themen voran.

Procurement Strategy & Operating Model Reinvention
Du hilfst unseren Kunden dabei, die Einkaufsfunktion neu zu denken. Von der Gestaltung einer Vision und Mission, über die nötigen Fähigkeiten, Prozesse und Rollen hin zu einem zukunftsfähigen und nachhaltigen Target Operating Model für den Einkauf.
Digital Procurement Transformation und AI/Agentic Enablement
Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl passender Einkaufslösungen und AI/Agentic Potentiale auf Basis einer Analyse der bestehenden Einkaufsorganisation & Systemlandschaft, begleitest deren Implementierung und trägst mit tatsächlich umgesetzten innovativen & standardisierten Prozessen dazu bei, den Einkauf unserer Kunden noch effizienter und effektiver aufzustellen.
Cost Reduction & Strategic Sourcing für Direktes und Indirektes Material
Du bringst Erfahrung im Warengruppenmanagement im direkten und/oder indirekten Einkauf mit und kennst Dich mit den Hebel zur Umsetzung von Preis-, Spezifikation- und Bedarfshebel aus um für unsere Kunden die Kosten nachhaltig zu senken und ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern.
- Du hast einen ausgezeichneten Studienabschluss (Master, gerne auch MBA oder Promotion), z. B. der Wirtschaft, BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik – idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung im Bereich Procurement oder Supply Chain Management
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre (Consultant) oder 6 Jahre (Manager) Erfahrung in einer Strategie- /Unternehmensberatung oder in einer strategischen Funktion innerhalb eines Industrieunternehmens.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Projekten mit, idealerweise auf internationaler Ebene mit interkulturellen und diversen Teams. Deine Erfahrung hast idealerweise in schwerpunktmässig in einer Industrie (bspw. Industrial, Resources, Consumer Goods & Retail oder Public Sector aufgebaut und kannst auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden zu den spezifischen Anforderungen ihrer Industrien Diskutieren.

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position startet, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bei 73.000€ als Consultant und 94.000€ als Manager.
