You Will:

  • Support design and delivery of AI strategy engagements​

  • Lead workstreams on opportunity identification and prioritization​

  • Develop strategic deliverables (roadmaps, frameworks, playbooks)​

  • Conduct interviews, analysis, and opportunity framing​

  • Facilitate working sessions across business and technical teams​

  • Draft narratives, visualizations, and investment recommendations​

  • Contribute to firm IP, reusable templates, and client stories

  • Ability to travel up to 80%​

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or AI advisory​

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise AI or data transformation programs​

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience translating between business, data, and technology teams​

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one industry (e.g., Retail, Health, Tech, Energy, Banking)​

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one domain (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, IT)​

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at top-tier consulting or boutique AI firm​

Success Measures

  • Billable utilization​

  • Client satisfaction and repeat business​

  • Contribution to practice IP and internal capability building

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
