You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing strategic decisions.

  • Solution Design: Lead the design of Oracle Financial Cloud solutions across modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expense Management.

  • Program Management: Oversee multi-workstream delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

  • Functional Expertise: Translate complex business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions.

  • Quality & Governance: Establish delivery standards, perform quality reviews, and ensure compliance with Accenture’s methodologies.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering skill development and high performance.

  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud innovations, automation, and best practices to enhance client value.

  • Business Development: Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres what you need:

  • Minimum of 12 years experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in Oracle Financial Cloud and related reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.)

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience working on integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with other systems such as Billing Applications, Expense Management Systems and Planning Systems.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record leading large-scale, multi-country Oracle Cloud Finance transformations.

  • Demonstrated experience and  understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) 

Bonus Points if:

  • You have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • You have the ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies.

  • You hold a current Oracle Cloud Financials Certification

  • You have implementation experience or holds any active certification on Oracle PPM modules

  • You have hands on experience or done certifications on any one or more, of modules such as Revenue Management Cloud (RMC), Oracle Lease Management Cloud and Channel Revenue Management

  • You have worked on implementations for Manufacturing and distribution companies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
