Consultor/a Funcional – Banca Empresas (Canales Digitales y Procesos de Negocio) - SONG
Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Funcional con experiencia en Banca Empresas, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. Se trata de un rol con fuerte orientación al entendimiento del negocio bancario, la optimización de procesos y la evolución de los canales digitales (web y app) para clientes de banca empresas.
El rol estará enfocado en acompañar iniciativas end‑to‑end, desde la definición de necesidades de negocio hasta su despliegue, actuando como nexo entre negocio y equipos de delivery. El conocimiento de CRM, automatización y customer journeys se considerará un elemento de apoyo al modelo, no siendo el foco principal de la posición.
FUNCIONES
- Actuar como interlocutor/a funcional entre negocio y equipos de delivery, entendiendo las necesidades de banca de empresas y traduciéndolas en iniciativas accionables.
- Analizar, definir y optimizar procesos de negocio de banca empresas, con especial foco en su digitalización y eficiencia operativa.
- Participar en la definición y evolución de los canales digitales (web y app), asegurando una experiencia coherente y alineada con los objetivos comerciales y de servicio.
- Colaborar en la definición de modelos de relación e interacción digital con clientes de banca empresas, con una visión end‑to‑end del ciclo de vida.
- Acompañar la definición y lanzamiento de iniciativas comerciales y funcionales, asegurando su alineación con productos, procesos y canales bancarios.
- Analizar resultados y KPIs de negocio para impulsar la mejora continua de procesos y canales digitales.
- Elaborar y mantener dashboards de seguimiento y reporting ejecutivo (Power BI), con foco en adopción, performance y valor de negocio.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (negocio, marketing, tecnología, data) desde una posición de advisory y consulting, aportando visión funcional y conocimiento del sector bancario.
REQUISITOS
- Experiencia en consultoría o roles funcionales vinculados a banca de empresas.
- Conocimiento sólido del negocio bancario, especialmente productos, procesos comerciales y relación con clientes de banca empresas.
- Experiencia en procesos de negocio y canales digitales (web, app), desde una perspectiva funcional.
- Capacidad para entender necesidades de negocio y transformarlas en requisitos funcionales claros
- Experiencia en análisis de datos, definición de KPIs y reporting (Power BI u otras herramientas similares).
- Se valorará experiencia con plataformas de CRM y/o marketing automation (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketing Cloud, etc.) desde un enfoque funcional.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, relación con cliente y trabajo en equipo.
- Nivel de inglés B2.
