Project Role : Enterprise Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the creation and design of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of various offerings, assets, and capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions that align closely with the strategic objectives of the client s organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions developed maximize value and meet evolving business needs, while maintaining a clear focus on long-term organizational goals and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the architectural vision and ensure the technical feasibility of solutions across projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
- Experience in managing complex multi-tower service transformations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Proficient in leveraging platform capabilities to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
