Qualifications
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a new talent to join Software Engineering where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project. A company that provides a wide range of insurance products and services to businesses and individuals.
Responsibilities:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Solid knowledge of Java 8-9.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Spring Batch.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Sbitbucket).
- Knowledge of REST architecture.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL) and preferably non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Team management, work plan development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Estimating.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
- English Intermediate: B1.
Nice to have skills:
- Desired experience with Jenkins or Python/Spark.
- Desired experience with cloud computing.
- Desired experience with AI engines, prompting, and agents.
- Java certification.
