Qualifications

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Advise on platform selection, architecture decisions, and technology cost optimization
  • Design and implement industry-leading technology assets tailored to business needs
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex challenges and recommend actionable strategies to optimize platform performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards
  • Support team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices

✅ Requirements (Must Have)

  • +3 years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, advisory, or related roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced conversational English (required for stakeholder interaction)
  • Experience contributing to strategic decision-making

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience in large-scale digital or enterprise transformations
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.)
  • Experience developing reusable technology assets or accelerators
