You Are:

An experienced WFS Scheduling Functional Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Talent Connected Solutions business. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.


The Work:

  • You will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance from end to end. This includes: ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is also a critical part of this role.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize business function performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of implementation activities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to address challenges and ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module
  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design
  • Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to:
    • Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have team lead experience
  • You have external client-facing consulting experience
  • You have ADP integration Experience
  • You have ADP WFS time and attendance configuration / technical experience
  • You have other relevant ADP workforce software experience



Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
