As a Design Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced creative professionals while contributing to real projects that support global marketing, thought leadership, events, and brand initiatives.  


The Opportunity 


This internship is designed for aspiring designers who want to experience life inside a fast-paced, enterprise-scale creative agency. You'll contribute to projects from concept through execution, learning how creative solutions are developed for global audiences while building a professional portfolio of real-world work. 


Throughout the internship, you'll receive mentorship, participate in creative reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to the full creative process. 


*Internship program starts in June and runs approximately 10 weeks 

 

 

What You'll Do 


You will support the Canvas Creative team across a variety of design and marketing initiatives, including: 

  • Contributing to creative concept development and brainstorming sessions 
  • Creating visual assets for digital, social, experiential, and presentation-based communications 
  • Designing marketing materials including:  
  • Social media graphics, Digital invitations and email campaigns 
  • Event booth graphics and environmental design, event signage and wayfinding 
  • Presentation deck design 
  • One-pagers and thought leadership materials 
  • Conducting visual research, trend analysis, and moodboard development 
  • Sourcing and curating photography and illustration assets 
  • Applying and extending brand guidelines across multiple channels 
  • Supporting production and file preparation for print and digital outputs 
  • Collaborating with designers, strategists, content creators, and project teams 
  • Participating in creative critiques and learning sessions 
  • Developing a portfolio showcase highlighting work completed during the internship 

This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients.


Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field 
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028 
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and visual execution 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Understanding of print and digital production processes 
  • Interest in experiential design and event marketing 
  • Curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies 
  • Growth mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback into work 



Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
