Key Responsibilities 

  • Originate and qualify new business opportunities through close collaboration with Client Account Leads, ecosystem partners and direct client engagement. 

  • Drive partner-aligned co-sell motions, including go-to-market definition, customer targeting and joint opportunity progression. 

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Accenture and ecosystem partner stakeholders, influencing positioning and partnership success. 

  • Identify client needs and shape differentiated solutions leveraging Accenture capabilities and ecosystem partner technologies. 

  • Support pursuit strategies, opportunity qualification and deal progression, engaging with senior stakeholders across clients and partners. 

  • Promote joint value propositions through thought leadership, partner planning activities and participation in key industry initiatives. 

The engagement is expected to focus on one of the following platforms: AWS, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Dirigenti Industria National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between € 85,000 and € 152,500.

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development within the professional services space. 

  • Minimum 10 years of successful Sales Pursuit Management experience. 

  • Experience in Channel and Ecosystem Partner Management and go-to-market collaboration. 

  • Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to operate in demanding environments. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in transformation programs planning and execution. 

  • Experience working with large global clients. 

  • Ability to discuss technology trends with both business and technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong collaboration mindset and team-oriented approach. 

  • Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
