About Your Role:
Knowledge of the user-centered product development process (Understand → Define → Design).
Experience working closely with client stakeholders, Business Analysts, Design teams, and Development teams.

We create value by acting as trusted advisors, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes. Adopt a consultant mindset by proactively guiding stakeholders, challenging assumptions when appropriate, and focusing on both business and user needs. Continuously develop your expertise by staying up to date with industry-leading practices, emerging technologies, market trends, and design innovations, and apply these insights to deliver greater value to our clients.
Openness to Learning: The domains you may work in can be complex, so you should be enthusiastic and confident in tackling new challenges. This means being a quick learner and not hesitating to ask questions when needed.
Ownership: We expect you to take ownership of your projects. While you will be part of a collaborative design team, you should be able to work closely with client stakeholders and Business Analysts, take initiative, and drive design activities forward.
Design Skills: You should be proficient in Figma and capable of designing complex user flows and interfaces. Experience in creating and managing design libraries is required.
Communication Skills: Our primary business language is English. You should feel confident asking questions to clarify requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting your designs effectively.
Team Player: You will work in a positive, creative, and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who shares these values and enjoys collaborating with others.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Design, Industrial/Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field), or equivalent practical experience.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English. A minimum B2 level of English is preferred, ideally supported by a recognized certification.
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills and relevant project experience.
4+ years of experience designing digital products across multiple platforms.
Experience collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of the iterative design process, including creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Strong understanding of Usability and Web Accessibility.
