Workforce Strategy Assoc Manager
About the Role
- Lead workstreams within Talent & Workforce transformation programs, including strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, skills-based organization design, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Support clients in understanding workforce implications of AI adoption, automation, and evolving business priorities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Utilize workforce data, skills insights, and business information to identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity, talent mobility, and workforce effectiveness.
- Develop workforce transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans aligned to business and talent objectives.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and build alignment across key stakeholders.
- Translate workforce analytics and research findings into actionable recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the development of analysts and consultants.
- Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, capability presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in management consulting, workforce strategy, human capital consulting, organizational transformation, HR transformation, or a related field.
- Experience leading workstreams or project teams on workforce, talent, organization, or transformation-related engagements.
- Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, organization design, talent strategy, or workforce transformation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
- Experience engaging with senior HR leaders, business leaders, and project stakeholders.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with skills-based workforce transformation, talent intelligence solutions, or workforce planning platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workforce strategies, skills taxonomies, and workforce analytics tools.
- Exposure to HR technology ecosystems, workforce data platforms, or talent marketplace solutions.
- Experience supporting clients across Singapore and broader Southeast Asia markets.
- MBA, Master's degree, or relevant professional certifications preferred.
