- Join Soben, part of Accenture’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice, delivering some of the world's most complex and high-profile data centre programmes.
- Work alongside industry-leading specialists in commercial management, cost management, project controls, risk and project management.
- Support global hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical construction projects across EMEA and beyond.
- Leverage Accenture’s digital capabilities and innovation to transform the delivery of major capital projects.

As a Commercial Lead, you will:
- Lead all commercial and contractual activities across major data centre construction projects, ensuring successful project delivery and commercial performance.
- Act as the primary commercial interface for clients, contractors and key stakeholders, developing trusted relationships and providing strategic commercial advice.
- Manage contract administration, change control, claims management, cost reporting and commercial risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor commercial teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and supporting career development.
- Provide strategic oversight of project financial performance, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting and governance.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Extensive commercial management experience within large-scale construction projects, ideally hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of NEC, FIDIC and other major forms of construction contracts.
- Proven experience managing change, variations, claims and dispute resolution on complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client and contractor representatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, cost management expertise and experience leading commercial teams in fast-paced project environments.
Set yourself apart:
- Experience supporting global hyperscale data centre programmes.
- Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent).
- Experience leading multinational project teams across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of digital project delivery tools, data analytics and commercial reporting platforms.
