Funciones
• Diseñar y desarrollar plataformas de datos e inteligencia artificial para casos de uso de comercio digital, personalización y customer experience.
• Definir arquitecturas cloud y pipelines de datos para desplegar soluciones de Machine Learning e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa de forma escalable y segura.
• Implementar soluciones basadas en LLMs, agentes de IA, RAG y otras capacidades avanzadas en entornos productivos.
• Colaborar con equipos de estrategia, experiencia de cliente, producto y tecnología para convertir datos en inteligencia accionable y acelerar la toma de decisiones.
Responsabilidades
• Liderar el diseño de arquitecturas de datos e inteligencia artificial alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de clientes del sector e-commerce.
• Definir estándares técnicos, patrones de integración y mejores prácticas para el desarrollo y despliegue de soluciones de IA a escala empresarial.
• Supervisar la implementación de plataformas cloud utilizando tecnologías como Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de aplicación de inteligencia artificial generativa en ecosistemas de comercio digital.
• Garantizar la escalabilidad, resiliencia, seguridad y gobernanza de las soluciones implementadas.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para asegurar una correcta adopción y evolución de las capacidades tecnológicas desarrolladas.
Requisitos imprescindibles
• Más de 10 años de experiencia profesional en Ingeniería de Datos, Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning, Data Platforms o Arquitectura de Soluciones.
• Experiencia en proyectos de e-commerce, comercio digital o customer experience.
• Experiencia diseñando e implementando plataformas de datos e inteligencia artificial en entornos cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
• Experiencia construyendo arquitecturas de datos escalables y soluciones de analítica avanzada.
• Experiencia desarrollando y desplegando soluciones de Machine Learning e Inteligencia Artificial en entornos productivos.
• Experiencia aplicando tecnologías de IA Generativa, incluyendo LLMs, agentes de IA, RAG o técnicas de fine-tuning.
• Inglés alto.
• Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, Física, Estadística o disciplinas afines.
Requisitos valorables
• Experiencia en iniciativas de Agentic Commerce.
• Experiencia en MLOps, ModelOps y gobierno de modelos de inteligencia artificial.
• Experiencia liderando transformaciones digitales orientadas a datos e IA.
• Certificaciones cloud en Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.
• Conocimiento de catalán.
• Experiencia trabajando en organizaciones internacionales y entornos multidisciplinares.
