Agentic Commerce & AI Lead - Consumer Goods and Retail (Song)
Buscamos un/a Agentic Commerce & AI Lead con experiencia en estrategia, arquitectura y transformación digital para impulsar la adopción de soluciones basadas en Generative AI y Agentic AI dentro de ecosistemas de comercio digital y experiencia de cliente.
La persona liderará iniciativas que combinan plataformas de comercio, datos, inteligencia artificial y tecnología para transformar la forma en que las organizaciones interactúan con sus clientes, optimizan operaciones y generan crecimiento sostenible.
Trabajará con equipos multidisciplinares de Commerce, Experience, Marketing, Data y Technology, participando tanto en la definición estratégica como en la ejecución de programas de transformación a gran escala.
Responsabilidades
- Definir estrategias de Agentic Commerce y AI alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y los planes de transformación digital de los clientes.
- Liderar el diseño de soluciones basadas en IA Generativa y sistemas multiagente aplicados a entornos de comercio digital.
- Impulsar la integración de capacidades de inteligencia artificial en plataformas de Commerce, Customer Experience y Marketing Technology.
- Diseñar arquitecturas escalables que permitan la personalización avanzada, automatización inteligente y toma de decisiones en tiempo real.
- Liderar programas de transformación end-to-end, desde la definición de visión y roadmap hasta la implantación y adopción organizativa.
- Colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología para identificar oportunidades de generación de valor mediante IA.
- Definir modelos de gobernanza, Responsible AI, seguridad y gestión del riesgo para soluciones inteligentes.
- Gestionar la relación con stakeholders de nivel ejecutivo, facilitando la toma de decisiones y la adopción de nuevas capacidades.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinares, promoviendo el desarrollo de talento y la excelencia en la ejecución.
- Participar en la creación de propuestas comerciales, iniciativas de innovación y desarrollo de capacidades internas relacionadas con Commerce y AI.
Requisitos
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en consultoría, transformación digital, customer experience, commerce o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia en Agentic AI, Generative AI o soluciones basadas en Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experiencia liderando programas complejos de transformación tecnológica y de negocio.
- Conocimiento de ecosistemas de comercio digital, customer engagement y plataformas de experiencia de cliente.
- Experiencia trabajando con soluciones de inteligencia artificial, analítica avanzada o automatización inteligente.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud y entornos tecnológicos modernos.
- Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders senior y traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando iniciativas de carácter estratégico.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
Se valorará
- Conocimiento de plataformas como Salesforce, Adobe, SAP CX o arquitecturas Composable Commerce.
- Experiencia en Customer Data Platforms, personalización o automatización de marketing.
- Conocimiento de frameworks y herramientas de IA avanzada.
- Participación en actividades de preventa, desarrollo de negocio y construcción de ofertas.
