Description of Role and Practice
We are looking for our future leaders today to help leading insurance companies to shape their digital strategy and business transformation and help them on their journey to grow their business and stay relevant for their customers. As part of the team, you will be working for some of the biggest insurance companies with a variety of project opportunities such as business transformation, digitalization, data and analytics and process design.
Responsibilities
- Advise our insurance clients on strategy and digitalization
- Lead and manage project teams, ensure successful delivery of projects, delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
- Develop, define, and implement strategies to help our clients solve their most critical problems within insurance, such as digital transformations, process governance and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and conceptualize business models, processes, and digital solutions
- Lead teams and projects, and coach and develop junior colleagues in the insurance practice
- Be engaged in various projects with wide range of topics, from strategy to execution
- Engage with the broader Accenture Financial Services community, as well as other Accenture organization groups to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the business and bring the best of Accenture to our clients

Job Qualifications
We expect you to have 3-8 years of full-time working experience, either from a position within an insurance company or from another consultancy practice. We would also like to see that you have:
- Passion and drive to work with the insurance industry
- Entrepreneurial attitude, and good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience from Business or IT related change projects
- Experience with Guidewire is highly appreciated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
- Resident in Finland
