• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit ausgeprägter IT‑Affinität.

• Nach deinem Studium bringst du mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Technologieberatung, im IT Consulting, in der Softwareentwicklung oder der Systemintegration mit – idealerweise aus einer Festanstellung.

• Idealerweise verfügst du über erste Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, in der Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und der Konzeption umfassender IT‑Implementierungsprojekte.

• Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit guten Programmierkenntnissen, z. B. in Java oder vergleichbaren modernen Programmiersprachen. Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Einsatz moderner GenAI- oder AgenticAI-Tools im Projektkontext mit.

• Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Umfeld der Öffentlichen Verwaltung sammeln.

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
