Deine Mission
Als Consultant Infrastructure & Capital Projects bist du Teil anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte. Du bringst dich schnell in Projektteams ein, übernimmst früh Verantwortung und unterstützt dabei, tragfähige Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Treibe die Transformation von Infrastrukturprojekten voran
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team unterstützt du Kund:innen dabei, komplexe Infrastrukturprojekte ganzheitlich zu transformieren – von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur operativen Umsetzung. Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, entwickelst pragmatische Lösungsansätze und schaffst messbaren Mehrwert durch Effizienzsteigerung, Digitalisierung und moderne Projektsteuerung.Übernimm Verantwortung in Infrastrukturprojekten
Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturvorhaben und arbeitest aktiv an der Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung zentraler Projektanforderungen mit. Dabei schaffst du Transparenz in komplexen Zusammenhängen, bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse.Begleite die Umsetzung vor Ort beim Kunden
Du begleitest Kund:innen dabei, komplexe Infrastrukturprojekte mit hoher Steuerungsqualität erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dabei unterstützt du den Aufbau wirksamer Projektstrukturen, stärkst das Stakeholder-Management und hilfst Projektteams, auch in dynamischen Umfeldern konsistent starke Ergebnisse zu liefern.
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in der Beratung oder in Infrastrukturprojekten sammeln.
- Du überzeugst durch eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und bewegst dich sicher im Austausch mit Kunden und Projektteams.
- Du hast Lust, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, denkst analytisch und bringst die Flexibilität mit, die ein dynamisches Beratungsumfeld erfordert.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – jeweils mindestens auf C1-Niveau.
