• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit (sehr) guten Noten 
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Projekte) in Softwareentwicklung oder Testing sind von Vorteil 
• Grundkenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Java, Python, JavaScript oder C#), erste Berührung mit generativer KI, sowie Interesse an Testautomatisierung, DevOps und Softwarequalität 
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft, Lust Neues zu lernen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
