Als Management Consultant im Bereich Consumer Goods & Retail unterstützt du führende Unternehmen dabei, ihre Lieferketten, Operations und Geschäftsmodelle neu zu denken. Du verbindest Branchenwissen mit Innovationskraft und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Du entwickelst Transformationsstrategien entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von der Beschaffung über Produktion und Logistik bis hin zur konsumentennahen Auslieferung. Dabei arbeitest du an Themen, die Millionen von Menschen täglich berühren.
Begleite komplexe Projekte mit Wirkung.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Top Management zusammen, analysierst operative und strategische Herausforderungen und leitest ganzheitliche Transformationsprogramme von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
Optimiere Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle.
Du modernisierst Lieferketten und Betriebsabläufe, identifizierst Potenziale für datenbasierte Wertschöpfung und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen, die den Anforderungen eines sich schnell wandelnden Marktes gerecht werden.
Berate Kund:innen auf höchstem Niveau.
Mit Expertise, Branchenverständnis und Innovationskraft überzeugst du potenzielle Kund:innen von einer Zusammenarbeit und stärkst langfristige Partnerschaften.
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, Handel oder in einer Unternehmensberatung
- Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:
- Demand & Supply Planning / S&OP / IBP
- Last-Mile-Logistik, Fulfillment oder Distributionsnetzwerke
- Cold Chain, DSD oder kategoriespezifische Supply-Chain-Anforderungen
- Omnichannel-Retail-Operations oder E-Commerce-Logistik
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools und Datenanalyse-Werkzeugen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
