Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entra a far parte del Reinvention Partner Industry & Enterprise nel settore Travel. Lavorerai su progetti di business transformation e ottimizzazione dei processi core, collaborando con aziende leader a livello globale, supportandole nel reinventare le principali value chain di settore e guidando trasformazioni end-to-end e cross-funzionali per abilitare una crescita sostenibile e la creazione di valore nel lungo periodo.
In particolare, potrai:
Assumere la responsabilità end-to-end della gestione del business, guidando progetti complessi con impatto diretto sui processi core del settore Travel — quali pricing, promotion, inventory e catalogue management — e contribuendo alla definizione e all'ottimizzazione delle strategie operative e commerciali.
Gestire la relazione con stakeholder chiave e C-level dei clienti, identificando e attivando leve di crescita, efficienza operativa e miglioramento della customer experience in contesti internazionali e multiculturali.
Coordinare e supervisionare iniziative di trasformazione dei processi, incluse evoluzioni dei modelli operativi e dei sistemi a supporto del business (es. CRS), garantendo allineamento strategico e impatto concreto sul business.
Supportare l'adozione di soluzioni innovative guidando il dialogo strategico e facilitando il cambiamento organizzativo.
Sviluppare e far crescere il team, valorizzando competenze e relazioni con stakeholder strategici, contribuendo allo sviluppo di soluzioni di valore e a una cultura di collaborazione e crescita continua.
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento A1 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra 50.000€ e 71.400€.
Se condividi la nostra passione per la consulenza e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore Travel, maturata in contesti internazionali, con preferenza per profili con background in consulenza.
Conoscenza dei processi core del settore (pricing, promotion, inventory, catalogue management) e contributo concreto a iniziative di trasformazione.
Capacità di definire soluzioni ad alto impatto e gestire il confronto con stakeholder di vertice, con forte orientamento al risultato e mindset imprenditoriale.
Passione per l'innovazione e le tecnologie, con familiarità con i sistemi a supporto del business Travel (es. CRS).
Laurea Magistrale e inglese fluente.
