Deine Mission
Als Manager:in Finance Transformation betreust du namhafte Kunden aus der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche bei ihrer digitalen Transformation. Mit deiner Expertise in den Bereichen Gesamtbanksteuerung und Finanzarchitekturen hast du für jede regulatorische Herausforderung die richtige technologische Lösung parat. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden definierst du nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle und erarbeitest, wie diese in Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Controlling und Co. Optimal umgesetzt werden können. Außerdem entwickelst du innovative Daten- und Analysemodelle, identifizierst die passenden Softwarelösungen und begleitest anschließend deren Implementierung.

Du hinterfragst traditionelle Methoden der Finanztransformation, findest innovative Ansätze und setzt sie erfolgreich um.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einigen Projekten im Umfeld der Finanztransformation oder der Implementierung von Systemen der Gesamtbanksteuerung bei Banken gesammelt – teilweise sogar Projekte selbst geleitet
Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich – und besitzt Kenntnisse in HGB/ IFRS oder in den regulatorischen Anforderungen für Banken.
Du hast ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, führst zielsicher Projektteams und bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch sowie präsentationssicher.
Idealerweise kennst du dich mit SAP-Bankenlösungen (SAP FSDM, SAP FPSL etc.) und Meldewesen-Systemen aus.
Du bringst Leidenschaft für innovative Finanzlösungen mit und hast praktische Erfahrungen in Implementierungsprojekten gesammelt.
