• Du hast dein Masterstudium in Wirtschaft oder Recht abgeschlossen, mindestens neun Jahre Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement und Erfahrung in der Teamleitung.

• Du kennst das internationale Vertragsrecht und hast ein solides Grundwissen in finanziellen und buchhalterischen Themen.

• Du bist geübt darin, technologiebasierte Verträge zu verhandeln und zu entwerfen.

• Englisch und Deutsch sprichst du fließend. Du drückst dich klar und souverän aus und kannst rechtliche Risiken und mögliche Auswirkungen auch Nichtjuristen eingängig vermitteln.

• Du zeichnest dich durch analytische Fähigkeiten und deine Hands-on-Mentalität aus – und hast Spaß an dienstlichen Reisen.
