- Dauer: 6-monatige Academy-Trainingsphase mit Option auf eine Festanstellung bei erfolgreichem Abschluss
- Standorte: Zürich oder Genf.
- Schwerpunktbereiche: AI, Software Engineering, Security, Health & Public Services, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences.
- Zeitplan: Die Interviews finden zwischen dem 22. Juni und 10. August statt, die Assessment Days sind für Ende August geplant.
Deine Mission:
Durchlaufe eine praxisnahe, KI-gestützte Lernreise. Von grundlegenden Skills über reale Client-Simulationen und branchenspezifisches Lernen bis hin zur interdisziplinären Projektarbeit.
Programmstruktur:
- 7 Wochen intensive, von Expert:innen geführte Trainings in Zürich, die deine technischen, analytischen und beratungsrelevanten Fähigkeiten schärfen.
- Ein gemeinsames Offsite-Erlebnis, das deinen Horizont erweitert und dein Netzwerk stärkt.
- Eine Projektphase bei unseren Kunden, in der du dein Wissen in die Praxis bringst.
Graduates, die sich während der Academy besonders auszeichnen, erhalten ein Angebot für eine Festanstellung bei Accenture.

Über sieben inspirierende Trainingswochen hinweg arbeitest du an realen Cases, kollaborierst mit erfahrenen Expert:innen und entwickelst das Mindset leistungsstarker Consultants – bevor du in den direkten Kundenkontakt gehst. Coaching, kontinuierliches Feedback und eine starke Community begleiten dich auf jedem Schritt.
Das bringst du mit
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem beliebigen Fachbereich.
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse und entsprechende Erfahrung in einem unserer Schwerpunktbereiche.
- Strategisch denkend, offen für neue Perspektiven, kollaborativ, empathisch und kommunikationsstark .
- Bereit, die ersten 7 Wochen vor Ort im Accenture Office in Zürich präsent zu sein.
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1) sowie Deutsch und/oder Französisch (C1).
