Cerchiamo una persona con consolidata esperienza di leadership e le seguenti caratteristiche:

• Expertise nel settore Health & Public Service, maturata in almeno 10-12 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza, system integrator o in contesti Corporate complessi;
• Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di programmi di trasformazione strategica di ampia scala e nella relazione con stakeholder executive e C-level;
• Solida esperienza in attività di business development, account management e crescita commerciale, con responsabilità su pipeline e sviluppo del business;
• Capacità di operare come trusted advisor, influenzando decision maker e supportando la definizione di strategie di trasformazione e innovazione;
• Forte orientamento ai risultati, con esperienza nel presidio economico e finanziario di programmi complessi;
• Familiarità con strumenti e soluzioni di Gen AI applicati al business, alla trasformazione organizzativa e alla delivery progettuale;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in ambito economico, management, ingegneristico o discipline affini.
