• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Technologiehintergrund (MINT, Technische BWL o. Ä.), eine Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Begeisterung dafür, dich in komplexe Kundenprojekte einzuarbeiten und dich über die Technologie hinaus proaktiv für den Projekterfolg einzusetzen. Du verbindest technische Expertise mit starken Projektmanagement und nutzt ebenso deine zwischenmenschlichen Softskills um deine Projekte mit deinem Team und dem Kunden zum Erfolg zu führen.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Netztechnologien aus dem Enterprise Network Bereich, idealerweise bereits untermauert durch Trainings, Studium, Zertifizierungen (Cisco CCNA, CCNP o. Ä.).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Consulting oder im Projektmanagement: Kundenpräsentationen, Projektplanung, Fortschrittsverfolgung und der enge Kontakt mit Kunden, Teammitgliedern und Vorgesetzten ist Alltag für dich.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um dich in unseren internationalen und diversen Teams genauso zu Hause zu fühlen.
• Deine Reisebereitschaft: Einiges geht sehr gut aus dem Homeoffice, aber nicht alles. Du wirst öfters auf Kunden oder Projektphasen treffen, die deine Anwesenheit vor Ort nötig machen - manchmal nur für einen Workshop, manchmal Mo-Do jede Woche.
