Experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer
As an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer, you will provide expert consulting and technical delivery on large-scale enterprise initiatives. Leveraging the Microsoft technology stack, you will design, build, and optimize scalable solutions including web services, enterprise platforms, and modern applications.
You will play a key role across the full development lifecycle - from solution design to implementation and support, while contributing to continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.
Participation in large-scale projects will help you further develop your technical expertise, planning capabilities, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business requirements
Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and high-quality code
Develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
Perform unit testing, debugging, and support across development, testing, and production environments
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues in a timely manner
Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure stability and continuous improvement
Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards, quality, and knowledge sharing
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive adoption of best practices, including AI-assisted development

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in .NET ecosystem: .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working with Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent)
Experience with Azure services and cloud-native development is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficient with Git and branching strategies (Git Flow)
Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and development tools
Responsible and effective use of Generative AI tools within the Software Development Lifecycle
Fluent in English and French
